-Create a sales plan based on a market analysis to identify the ideal customer that will help the business strategy be implemented.

-The aim and agenda of customer visits are carefully and effectively planned.

-Actively listen to customers to comprehend their requirements and needs completely.

-Respond to client requests through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

-To find the optimum solution in negotiation agreements with customers and business partners.

-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate and align business operations and products to produce an effective response to customer needs.

-Actively promote our goods and services by giving customers value-added solutions to their queries.

-Promote the whole spectrum of Walters products and services to fulfill the needs of the customers.

-Proactively follow-up on customer sales orders after getting their approval and securing the suggested value-added solutions.

-Record and report sales activities, such as test results, cost savings, and company projections based on competitor and customer monitoring.
Requirements

-Min Diploma/ Degree in Engineering preferably in the field of mechanical/ manufacturing studies, with experience yielding equivalent knowledge in cutting tool technology.

-Min 5 years of working experience in sales with primary focus on new business development handling industrial cutting tools OR 5 years of manufacturing experience, with the capability to sell through channels sales and to end users.

-Working knowledge of the manufacturing or distribution industries.

-The ability to work autonomously, maintain strong discipline, work from home or in a virtual office setting, and travel extensively.

-Excellent communication abilities and English language proficiency.

-Candidates must currently reside in Penang and be legally able to live and work in Malaysia.

-To enable customer visits, the candidate must possess a car and a valid drivers license.
