:

• Meeting the agreed regional revenue targets
• Meet the agreed opportunity funnel metrics
• Ensuring customers are \xe2\x80\x9cdelighted\xe2\x80\x9d with the sales experience
• Building strong relationships with customers through regular visits and following through on agreed actions.
• Continuously improving our supplier score at our key customers.
• Prepare and report sales progress to the Regional Sales Manager on regions and customers, design win progress and general funnel health.
• Provide input to operations on the forecast of critical / custom products to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
• Working with the product lines to establish compelling roadmaps by being the voice of the customer in-side. Increase the success rate of new products.
• Using the voice of our leading customers to work with all functions within the company to continuously improve our ways of working and results.
• Work with Application engineering to prioritize customer opportunities and work together to close opportunities.
• Ensure the pipe-line of opportunities is sufficient to drive the growth necessary to achieve the company goals and the regional revenue targets.
• Work with our sales partners to ensure we are creating and maximizing opportunities at our customers.

Qualification:

• BSEE, MSEE is preferred, and 5 years of related experience within RF/Microwave industry.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working for a company with sales responsibilities.
• Proven experience working with customers to provide technical assistance and outstanding customer service.
