• Responsible for the technical content of all of the EMC and wireless standards, test procedures and system performance and specifications
• Understand test requirements from customers, prepare and effective execution of the test plan
• Strengthen relationship with key accounts through disciplined collaboration, proactive engagement and timely response
• Lead and train technicians to understand the test plan and its execution
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for mitigation of any issues
• Generate comprehensive test report for pre compliance and compliance tests
• Manage the surveillance of laboratory equipment through systematic preventive maintenance and verification to ensure all equipment are maintained and calibrated in sound working condition
• Explore/study requirements and assume the role of leading the setup of new capabilities like ECE R10 and Wi-Fi 6E
• Keep abreast with the development and changes in regulations and industry standards
• Understand the requirements for ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation and drive all related activities to ensure compliance

Job Qualifications

• Applicant must possess at least a Degree in E&E Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in EMC and Wireless test standards for Automotive, ITE, Medical and Industrial markets (e.g. FCC, EU, ISED, Japan, Korea, ECE R10, KCC, ISED, etc.)
• Proficiency in ISO 17025 lab quality management system and accreditation process
• Proficiency with EMC / EMI and Wireless lab instrumentation
• Proficiency in test and lab automation software tools e.g. TILE, Toyo, NEXIO etc.
• Experienced in handling variety of electronic test equipment and measurements
• Knowledgeable in Electrical Safety and Environmental Standards are highly desirable
