Install, service, and maintain equipment\'s condition to ensure good and stable in production.
Conduct training for customer.
Ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance.
Provide overview updates on machine condition and situation after site visit and follow up on customer feedback.
Provide feedback on the status of equipment to the customer after providing any kinds of support.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic/Electromechanical engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in servicing automated equipment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Experienced in machinery servicing environment.
May need to travel for overseas assignment in short notice.
Candidate must be willing to be based in Penang and supporting Northern region OR based in Melaka manufacturing plant.
Candidate must be willing to attend training in Melaka (1-3 months), followed by oversea training (3 months).
