Lead on-site technical and operational support for the design, development, installation, and maintenance of highly complex equipment and systems.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Siemens equipment, including automation systems, drives, PLCs, and related technologies.
Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they fully understand the operation and maintenance of their equipment.
Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly, minimizing downtime and supporting customer production processes.
Work closely with sales and support teams, to deliver complete and tailored solutions for customers.
Document service activities thoroughly, including detailed reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Ensure all field service operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Enhance technical expertise by attending training and staying informed on Siemens\' product updates and industry trends.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in field service role, preferably working with Siemens products or similar industrial systems.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
In-depth knowledge of Siemens automation systems, including PLCs (S7), drives, and HMI technology.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Strong troubleshooting abilities, with practical experience in electrical systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients.
Willingness to travel frequently.
