Field Service TechnicianKulim Hi-Tech ParkSalary Range Maximum RM2.6KAllowances RM200 shift allowance, RM200 attendance allowanceWork day 5 days week, Mon - Fri for a start, will change to 12 hours shift after 2-3 monthsWork hours 8.30 am - 5.30 pm for a start, 7am/pm - 7pm/am when on shiftsOff days Sat & Sun for a start, variable when on shiftsResponsibilities:Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance job on Companys products and components on-site.Maintain work quality by providing effective and efficient technical support to customer.Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records.Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Service Manager.Requirements:Diploma qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.Relevant working experience with electrical/mechanical repair will be an advantage.Fresh school-leavers are welcome to apply.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Effective communication skill, analytical and judgemental skills required.Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.Able to work independently and in teams.Interested candidates may submit your detailed resumeOnly shortlisted candidates will be notifiedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per monthBenefits:
