Job Description

Purpose of the Role :

To perform intermediate installation and repairs on all SB Machines products. This includes scheduled preventive maintenance, device remedial maintenance and special projects/initiatives. This position requires the use of basic and intermediate hand tools for troubleshooting.

Key Accountabilities :

Perform corrective maintenance on machines belonging to customers; perform preventive maintenance on schedule. Ensure repair jobs are performed in a proper and timely manner (SLA). Escalate issue regarding repair jobs to the immediate superior. Perform troubleshooting and repair CDM at field if required. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and to ensure the client's needs are met in a professional manner. Facilitate Call Desk with a complete update after completing a service call in a timely manner. Perform basic network troubleshooting, software/application reload. Provide technical support at site or via online communication tools. Conducting site/machine inspections. Support initiatives/projects from the customers and company's Management whenever required.

Formal Education :

Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or in any field related to the above role.

Experience :

At least 1 year of working experience as Service Technician those with banking/retail experience will be an added advantage.

Able to work in a team environment Able to present solution in written and oral reports Possess analytic skills and good attention to details Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English Pleasant/positive attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
