Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 To assist the Assistant Manager / Manager in planning, scheduling, and assigning field works/ activities to the workers by following the Company\xe2\x80\x99s program, guidelines, and practices. \xc2\xb7 To assist the Assistant Manager / Manager in ensuring that work done is according to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and/or the Company\xe2\x80\x99s instructions. \xc2\xb7 To supervise and motivate the workers. \xc2\xb7 To assist the Assistant Manager / Manager in ensuring the health and safety measures and guidelines are followed. \xc2\xb7 To assist the Assistant Manager / Manager in managing the areas assigned in various aspects including land development, maintenance of optimum crop production, cost management, field maintenance at tip-top condition, and overall estate operations. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Certificate in Agriculture / Plantation Management or related discipline. \xc2\xb7 At least 5 years in the oil palm plantation industry. \xc2\xb7 Good working knowledge of jungle land clearing, nursery, planting, maintenance/upkeep, and management of oil palm plantation. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of labour laws, estate operation, environment, and safety requirements. \xc2\xb7 Dynamic personality with initiative, ability, and commitment to work in challenging environments. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and good organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience in peat development will be an advantage. Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
