A. Key Roles & Responsibilities \xc2\xa7 Responsible to identify new information of customer & conclude situation of customer in securing the payment \xc2\xa7 Responsible to deliver field visit report in order to provide guidelines for file holders in their collection action planning \xc2\xa7 Responsible to keep customer information safe. B. Requirements \xc2\xa7 SPM, STPM, Diploma, Bachelor / Professional Degree / Diploma in the field of Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or any equivalent. \xc2\xa7 Fresh graduates also be considered, as a proper on the training will be provided. C. Experiences and Knowledges and Skills \xc2\xa7 At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in debts collection / Credit companies. \xc2\xa7 Preferred Male and have valid driving license. \xc2\xa7 Communicate effectively with various types of customer in a professional way without personal feelings influencing the process. \xc2\xa7 Possess good interpersonal skills and able to actively interact with all levels of customers \xc2\xa7 To identify, locate and investigate accounts which are difficult to secure payment via telephone calls \xc2\xa7 To create awareness among customers to make prompt payments as agreed \xc2\xa7 Responsible to deliver field visit report in order to provide guidelines for file holders in their collection action planning \xc2\xa7 Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers \xc2\xa7 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (For reporting purpose). \xc2\xa7 Positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team and independently D.
