- Must be familiar with Klang Valley area
- Willing to work long hours and weekends.
- Valid Motorbike / Car license.
- Own Transport (Motorbike).
- Experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
- To achieve individual / group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme
- To deliver reminder/letter to customer premises
- To achieve monthly KPI given
- To sources for resource to locate the customer premises
- Visiting and send reminders to customers premises (Local and Out Station).
- To obtain new information from the visiting such as new phone contacts and new addresses
- Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect/ remind the payment for overdue bills, loans or other payments.
