Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to be the recognized expert for providing the first level of support and troubleshooting for the assigned systems for the benefit of end users. This requires that the incumbent understand the procedural and operational aspects for the applications under their control.

The incumbent will also be expected to facilitate user group reviews for the assigned systems under their control to ensure that such systems are maintained and improved on an ongoing basis. An additional key element of this requirement is that liaisons with other system administrators, data scientists and enterprise technology teams for cross-functional enhancements will be required from time to time.

The incumbent is expected to provide trainings to end-user. Serve as a subject matter expert in complex Record to Report business processes and integration with systems including Order Management System, e- Commerce Customer Portal (Seller Center), Data Warehouse and SAP System.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Accounting or other related Finance qualifications with at least 3-5 years working experience in a Global Business Services environment
• Proven communicator, able to influence across all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and good command of English (verbal & written)
• Knowledge and practical experience with SAP system preferably S4 and integrated systems such as order management and data warehouse.
• Experience in trouble-shooting system related issues
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and preferably with Power BI expertise.
