Job Description


Position Summary: Assist in day to day operations for Finance & Accounting. Manage creditors and debtors, calling to update for payments. Other account admin work to support. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for account payable, account receivable and credit control activities. 2. Check and verify accuracy on all invoice and DN/CN billed. 3. Ensure collection and receivables aging is clean and up to date. 4. Follow up closely on all overdue accounts. 5. Verification of all petty cash claims and payments. 6. Ensure proper recording and filing of accounting and all documents. 7. Perform other ad hoc works as assigned by management. Requirements: 1. SPM or equivalent. 2. Computer literate. 3. Good communication skills. 4. Attention to detail and sense of urgency. 5. Highly committed and able to work within tight deadlines. 6. Positive attitude.
