Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or Accountancy.
Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience as Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
HR experience is advantageous.
Meticulous, careful and resourceful with positive working attitude.

Supervise a team of Finance staff & oversee overall Finance operation
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly management & yearly financial report.
Prepare budget and monitor actual performance.
Plan and manage Company\'s cash flow to ensure there will be adequate amounts of funds to meet the needs.
Perform sufficient financial analysis for management decisions.
Establish and implement effective accounting policies, policies and internal controls in compliance with the local statutory requirements.
Liaise with bankers, company secretaries, auditors, tax agents and other regulatory authorities.

Supervise a team of HR staff & oversee overall HR operation.
Handling Payroll, Recruitment, Staff Welfare, Environmental Safety/Health, Training/Development & other admin matters.
Establish and implement effective HR policies, policies and internal controls in compliance with the local statutory requirements.
