- Assist in handling full set of accounts (AR, AP and month end closing)
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the overall accounting and financial functions
- Ensure proper maintenance and filing of records and documents
- Responsible for keeping a proper record and asset tagging of the company assets
- Process employee\'s claims
- Able to conduct and maintain vendor registration
- Maintain and keep track of employee leave, attendance/ absenteeism record
- Taking care of the office stationery, office refreshments, office administration, and general affairs issues
- Attend to ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Results-oriented and committed to meet deadlines
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Industrious and resourceful
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software applications
Preferably 2 to 3 years relevant working experience
