The Finance Analyist will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial standing of the company, in particularly towards Dutch Lady\'s Greenfield Facory Development "Big Blue". The Finance Analyst will help determine financial strategies and policies, arranging the appropriate funding and financial risk management in the Big Blue Financial, supporting the Big Blue Controller at all time.

Monthly Reporting & Month End Financial Closure

• Pre alignment with Stream Leads & Project Manager on the months Outlook before the new month begin
• Leading the weekly discussion with Stream Lead & Project Manager in ensuring monthly close is within Outlook while collecting insight / risk for higher management escalation
• Post all journal in regards to accruals/reclass by end of each month
• Run HFM & BW & SAP Report to run consistency check within WD2
• Due Diligence check in Monthly Financial Numbers
• Post closure of Month End \xe2\x80\x93 lead draft deck on Financials for Local Project Team, Principal & Steer Co Update

Forecast Accuracy & Compliance Driven

• Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow
• Ensuring Forecast Accuracy of hitting Outlook is min 85
• Providing advice on financial matters impacting Monthly Forecast Accuracy to the Team and escalating to the Controller should it impact on the whole company
• Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities
• Guide and coach department directors and program managers to enhance financial literacy, including guidance with compiling program budgets and forecasting
• Performing adhoc analysis pro-actively or as directed, to provide performance insights that aid growth and focus appropriate resource allocation
• Assisting any audits and reviews, whenever required

ITA Attainment (co Lead with Tax Manager)

• To conduct a monthly review session on the 11 Conditions sets by MIDA for Tax Incentive
• Foresee any risk/opportunity and convey the message to the Management Team working together with the Tax Manager

Project Kinabalu (co Lead with P&R Manager)

• Co Lead the Project as a Finance Insight Personnel to the Project Team
• Owns/Provide all financial data needed for the system readiness o Works closely with the business management team to drive Financial Stability and high accuracy of data, planning and analysis
• To prepare weekly/monthly update to the Controller/Management Team on the progress of the project from a Finance standpoint

Project Change Request (co Lead with Project Manager)

• Co Lead together with the Project Manager to ensure identified Change Request has been recorded per agreed way of working
• Documenting the requirements for approval
• Ensuring all approval are done via agreed governance
• Communicating changes accordingly to respective Stakeholders

PO Management (co Lead with Finance Exec)

• Be able to operate COUPA System and be a Subject Matter Expert
• Able to create PR \xe2\x80\x93 PO\xe2\x80\x99s and communicate it to Streamleads & Vendors
• Ensure Payments are made on time to Vendors
• Documenting appropriate documents for GR\xe2\x80\x99s
• Ensuring all approval are done via agreed governance
• Vendor Management in terms of Financials Request
