Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive and play a crucial role in managing the financial accounting of our company. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, resolving accounting matters, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Processing transactions, issuing payments, update incoming payments, update bank reconciliation and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, tax agents, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Liaise with company secretary.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced /Higher/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience any field is required for post
- Proficiency with computers and experience with Autocount system.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Candidate must commitment to working efficiently, accurately and trustworthy.
