Job Description
The Finance and Accounting Intern will assist the accounting team with research, data entry, and maintaining financial records as well as prepare financial documents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the finance and accounting team with research, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
- Prepare financial documents such as remittance advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and reporting.
- Participate in ad hoc projects to learn about accounting and office operations.
- Support the finance and accounting team with administrative tasks.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
