An exciting Regional Finance and Accounting Specialist job has just become available at an MNC located at Puchong. Reporting to the Regional CFO, you will be a part of a dynamic team.

About the Regional Finance and Accounting Specialist Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for FP&A and controlling-related work for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Regional Controller in regular tasks (prepare quote requests, consolidated views)
• Provide additional support to the finance function in sales quotation calculation and regional consolidated reports
• Support the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes
• Support specific projects resulting from business changes and SAP processes
• Responsible for month-end close activities such as in providing robust, quality month end financial information to business teams
• Interpret financial data to deliver quality variance analysis insightful commentary for management reporting on a timely and accurate basis
• Proactive interaction with all stakeholders to provide inputs, challenge and outputs during forecasting updates

To succeed in the Regional Finance and Accounting Specialist role, you will need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification/certificate related to Accountancy
• Knowledge in accounting systems software (SAP) and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work well across different levels and functions in a multicultural environment
• Ability to question and challenge in a constructive fashion with a strong attention to detail
• Strong honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
