We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Finance & Admin Executive
to manage daily accounting and administrative operations for our healthcare group.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting tasks including invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain accurate records.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, petty cash and monitor company expenses.
Liaise with suppliers, banks, auditors, and tax agents.
Oversee office administration, procurement, and documentation.
Ensure all financial and admin records are properly maintained.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Summary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
