A Little Bit About Our Team The Finance team handles all accounting functions with Warner Chappell in ASEAN territories, based in Malaysia. While working closely with the Service Centre and Regional Finance team based in Malaysia, the team partners with the local team members in directing and overseeing audit and compliance, reporting, and various accounting activities. Your Role This position is responsible to assist the Finance Manager with all financial and accounting functions with Warner Chappell in ASEAN territories, support in directing and overseeing all financial activities including audit and compliance, reporting, budget and forecast management and various financial activities. Here You\'ll Get To Support Finance Manager with all financial activities of the region, including monthly closing, various balance sheet accounts reconciliations, financial planning and analysis Coordinate with Service Centre on: All vendor payments and T&E claims of local entity employees, including compilation, review of approval and supporting documents and compliance to policies and highlighting and resolving discrepancies with the requestor invoice issuance, collection efforts and coordination for onboarding to client vendor system intercompany recharges, intercompany payments, including quarterly group royalties payable to intercompany affiliates Coordinate with Licensing team on revenue and receipt process, including invoicing, monthly revenue reporting, and periodic review of receivables and collections Coordinate with Royalties team on bi-annual royalty processing, including monitoring outstanding amounts due, managing royalty and withholding tax payments and royalty reconciliation Support Finance Manager with significant parts of finance controlling, internal control and tax and treasury functions for region We\'d Love It If You Also Had Degree in accounting & Finance Working experience in Finance & Accounting Good computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word. Working experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamic Navision and Hyperion will be advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment #WCM
