Here, you will formulate creative solutions for our customers, juggle numerous items in making them simple, own and drive initiatives, and collaborate with super fun and hard-working group of people who are utterly passionate about their mission. The Core Job: Reporting: . Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulator and group reporting. . Involve in Budgeting process, Cash Flow projection, Asset Liability matching, Investment accounting, Investment ROI tracking. . Prepare Board, Audit Committee, and Investment Committee papers . Prepare monthly management accounts including variance analysis, and report on company\'s financial performance against business plan, forecast and prior year. . Prepare / review monthly Branch and Agent\'s P&L by LOB to support business functions. . Actively managed CAR position to ensure it stays above ITCL at all times. Compliance and Audit: . Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. . Minimum Eternal Audit and Internal Audit issues/findings. . Timely clearance of CRR, ML and Internal audit report findings. Cost Rationalization: . Review and ensure Management expenses allocation are done correctly by LOB and Funds, including monthly commentaries. . Supervise and review all Management expenses allocation including monthly commentaries. Projects and Systems Enhancement: . To implement SAP project, including the design of new chart of accounts, distribution channels, and lines of business for management accounts reporting purposes. . To be the expert user in BI system, and to work together with the risk management and actuarial team to ensure data integrity and accuracy. . Lead and project manager for MFRS 16/ MFRS 17 implementation. . Ensure timely updating of internal policies and procedures. Education/Requirement: . Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking . Preferably at least 5-7 years of related working experience. . Preferably Manager specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent. . Good communication skills in Malay, English language for both spoken and written We look after our tribe really well!
