Job Description


Job Responsibility Assist to prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and reports. Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments. Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist daily cash operations, including cash positioning and forecasting. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts. Process incoming and outgoing payments. Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections and financial forecasts. Will consider to recruit at senior executive level if experience is justified. To perform other duties or tasks as assigned from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate should preferably possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Basic accounting knowledge. Good working attitude, strong communication, organization and teamworking skill. 2 to 5 years of working experiences in the related field is preferred. General fair knowledge in Microsoft Office and computer literate, experience in ERP environment will be an added advantage. Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
