Finance Cum Account Executive

Job Description
- Preferred 1- 2 years of related working experience, but fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- Good command of English, proficient in Mandarin is a MUST as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Manage day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Must be willing to work at One City, Subang Jaya.
