Job Description

Finance Duties



Handle

daily sales reconciliation

and payments. Prepare and record

invoices, receipts, and expense claims

accurately. Maintain up-to-date

accounts payable and receivable records

. Assist in

monthly financial reporting

and expense tracking. Support management in preparing

budgets and financial summaries

. Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors when necessary. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.

Administrative Duties



Perform

general administrative tasks

, including correspondence, scheduling, and office organisation. Support

HR functions

such as attendance tracking, leave records, and claims submission. Maintain an organised filing system (digital and physical) for operational and HR documents. Assist with

inventory control

, ordering office supplies, and tracking consumables. Coordinate with the operations team for internal reporting and day-to-day tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
