Job Description

A Finance Cum Admin Assistant role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in billing and collection of rental payments, managing petty cash, and handling general office administration tasks to support management and operational teams.

Manage daily finance operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking transactions and submit to HQ Process invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claim in accordance with company procedures. Maintain and update depot records, files, and documentation. Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers as required. Assist in maintaining the accounting system and ensuring smooth daily operation Support digitalization initiatives such as electronic filing, system upgrades and workflow automation.

Job Requirement :



Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support role. Proficient in accounting software (Auto count) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
