Work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures

ResponsibilitiesMAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
Prepare balance sheets.
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements.
Participate in financial audits.
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation.
Review and implement financial policies.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
Meeting Support: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing them to relevant parties.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems. Maintaining organized records and files, both physical and digital.
