Job Description


  • Work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time-management and organization skills

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Economics
ResponsibilitiesMAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheets.
  • Process invoices
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Update internal systems with financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • Assist with budget preparation.
  • Review and implement financial policies.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Meeting Support: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing them to relevant parties.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems. Maintaining organized records and files, both physical and digital.
