s: Accounts
  • Responsible for general accounting functions
  • Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
  • Prepare and submit monthly consolidated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements.
  • Liaison with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, etc.
  • Plan, organize and administer accounting systems (including preparing payments, invoices and billing)
  • Maintain daily bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filling to support all accounting entries.
  • Maintain data entry and ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filling.
  • To identify, report and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Human Resource
  • Responsible for services covering HR Operations
  • Assist in the employment, attrition and appraisal process
  • Organize, maintain and update staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly updated and kept with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Perform regular tracking and timely updates of staff attendance, leave records and benefit plans.
  • Prepare payroll computation such as salary (including EPF, SOCSO, EIS), overtime, allowance and benefit plans.
  • Process staff claim & cash purchases and ensures compliance with the company policies.
  • Monitoring and updating the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Insurance for Additional/Deletion/Revised
  • Responsible for administrative duties
  • Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:
  • Diploma and above in related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detailed, organized and sharp time management skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Must have own transport
Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
