MVPI Capital is a financial advisory firm specializing in IPO corporate advisory in capital market. We are seeking a motivated and versatile HR & Finance Executive to support our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources
Manage recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, onboarding.
Maintain HR records, payroll administration, leave management, and staff benefits.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Finance
Assist in preparation of monthly accounts, budgets, and financial reports.
Handle invoices, claims, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash.
Support statutory reporting, taxation matters, and liaison with auditors.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of related working experience in HR and/or Finance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting/HR software is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills; integrity and professionalism are a must.
