ABOUT THE JOB
Plays a crucial role in shaping the financial health and performance of the organization, driving strategic initiatives, and providing leadership in financial management and decision-making. Reporting to SEA CFO and Country Manager.
You will be attached with one of the MNC organizations at KL centre.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the financial operations and strategies of organization.
• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial insights.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess potential risks.
• Optimize capital structure and manage cash flow to support business operations.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Monitor banking relationships and optimize cash balances.
• Oversee foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.
• Communicate financial performance, strategies, and objectives to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and lenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

• 15 years in finance and accounting field.
• Exposure with MNC companies/real estate industry would be added advantage.
• Strong financial and treasury/tax experience, including an understanding of granular details
• Resourceful, adaptable, well organised and meticulous with an eye for details
