• Lead 20 finance headcount
• Oversee end-to-end finance
• Work closely with Board of Directors

• Preparation and reporting of accurate periodical financial reports in a timely manner.
• Responsible for all finance related annual budgets and business planning.
• Oversee all cash flow planning, sourcing of funds and assets management.
• Undertake all major project costing, viability and feasibility studies.
• Oversee hospital-wide pricing initiatives.
• Oversee and engage with the Board on all matters relating to sound investment strategies and prudent risk management.
• Ensure timely filing of annual audited financial statements, tax returns and other regulatory submissions.
• Ensure full compliance to relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with all external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, financial institution, business partners and affiliates.

Healthcare|Finance Lead

• Degree in Accountancy, Engineering or equivalent. Good and consistent academic records.
• At least 10 years relevant working experience in management reporting, budgeting and cost analysis
• Able to engage business leaders in reviewing business costs, identifying areas of cost improvement and implementing cost efficiency related projects with relevant departments.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage management and staff at different levels
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Disciplined in approach and possess high levels of integrity; meticulous and analytical.
