Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.2. 1+ years of Accounting & Finance experience.3. Well versed in Microsoft Excel & Accounting system.4. Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts.5. Inquisitive with strong sense of responsibility & impeccable integrity.6. Attention to detail, ability to stay organized & meet various deadlines.Responsibilitiess:1. Post customer receipts to accounting system.2. Key in purchase invoice and make payment timely.3. Check & process staff claims to ensure compliance to the company policy.4. Ensure completeness of supporting documents & proper filing of documents.5. Print & send Statement of Accounts. Follow up on outstanding amount.6. Assist with banks reconciliation & posting of journals.7. Support monthly closing/annual audit/tax/other ad-hoc matter timely.8.
