Finance Executive

Job Description
- Candidate should preferably possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Good working attitude, strong communication, organization and teamworking skill.
- 2 to 5 years of working experiences in the related field is preferred.
- General fair knowledge in Microsoft Office and computer literate, experience in ERP environment will be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate fluent in Mandarin is preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Assist to prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and reports.
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments.
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist daily cash operations, including cash positioning and forecasting.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
- Process incoming and outgoing payments.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections and financial forecasts.
- Will consider to recruit at senior executive level if experience is justified.
- To perform other duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.
