Review bank offers from time to time to ensure that terms and conditions are met and/or to request revisions to the offers.
Manage bank facilities applications, including Letters of Credit (LC), Banker\'s Acceptances (BA), Term Loans, Overdrafts, etc; and to assist in Banks\xe2\x80\x99 annual reviews.
The preparation of presentation materials (powerpoint slides) for the monthly key management meeting and/or distribution to the management officers three days prior to the meeting.
Monitor bank deposits and payments and review paylist on daily basis to ensure cashflow projection is reliable, update financial records on timely basis, and to ensure accurate records are kept for all daily transactions.
Ensure that all accounts held with all banks are monitored and maintained, including current accounts, fixed deposit accounts, hire purchase accounts, term loan accounts, overdraft accounts, etc.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Financial Accountant.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree
CPGA must at least 3.0 or above.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting.
Possesses skills such as problem solving, result oriented, interpersonal skills, team player like and have a highly motivated personality
Good written and verbal communication: - English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
Familiar with AutoCount will be an added advantage
