• Handly monthly bank payment entries and journal entries in SAP.
• To ensure accounts payable, accounts receivable process, general ledger and account reconciliation are performed in good manner.
• Responsible for the sorting and archiving of relevant documents and vouchers.
• Handle monthly managerial accounting close (SAP) and reporting responsibilities (inventory related movements transactions analysis)
• Involve in budget forecast and monitor project costs.
• Prepare monthly costing run, analyze and tract costs, run standard costing for new product BOM.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Handle internal control assignments.
• Involve in government grant applications.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements, audits, and procedures.
• Assisting in new processes and system implementation when required.
• Other Ad Hoc duties (including analysis & reporting) as assigned by management.

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Professional Degree in accounting or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the relevant professional experience in manufacturing cost accounting and analysis role required for this position.
• Extensive experience in cost controlling, cost accounting/ or a related role with knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), SAP system and expert in all Microsoft office tools is a must.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is mandatory
• Ability to work well with multiple teams and different cultures
• Hands-on, must be self-motivating, capable of working independently, have initiative, analytical thinker and have a keen interest in product costing.
• Must be willing to work on site in Kulim, Kedah.
