Job Description

Location: Mont Kiaras:Assisting Senior Finance Manager and Head of Operations including all responsibilities related to accounting and procurement.

• Ensure timely execution of duties and administering all documentation in relation to A/cs Receivable, A/cs Payable and General Ledger.
• Ensure compliance with company\'s operational and financial policies and processes.
• Ensure all invoices and payments are processed according to financial timelines.
• Prepare AR collection report and follow up with respective person in charge on clients\' payments.
• Assisting in administering finance tasks such as updating WIP report, close completed jobs, daily cashbook, bank reconciliations and related reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules in a timely manner.
• Ensure smooth operation of financial processes and systems to facilitate optimum control and accurate time charging, as well as tracking of all jobs and timely billing to client and to improve the speed and accuracy of billings.
• Issue PO to the vendors based on the approved costs and ensure the costs are not exceeding the billing to clients.
• Ensure proper record keeping and document trails for audit purposes and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in annual audit and tax filing processes.
• Assist in achieving smooth running of the day-to-day finance operations providing relevant and effective support to the business teams.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary.
