Job Responsibility To perform recruitment processes including advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement and coordination, reference checks. Update and monitor staffs annual leave, medical leave, paid leave and medical claim Monthly payroll processing and statutory payments Handle renewal and new application for teaching permits Handle renewal of expatriate contract and employment pass Ensure all HR documentations are up-to-date Ensure compliance with latest employment act, labour laws and company policies. Undertake any other tasks as assigned by superior or management from time to time. Job Requirements Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English Candidate must possess min a Diploma qualification, preferably in Human Resource Management Required skills (s): MS Office, payroll software At least 2-3 years of working experience Only those with relevant qualification and/or experience are encouraged to apply.
