Prime Care Medical Center SB is looking for a seasoned, ethical, and highly organized Finance & HR Manager to lead and provide oversight to our Finance and HR team! You will oversee the day-to-day administration and accounting tasks performed by our HR staff. This includes activities such as documenting billing information, analyzing tax reports, monitoring candidates on our company\xe2\x80\x99s payroll, and processing invoices. You will ensure that all transactional information is correctly processed, and write financial activity reports for our HR and Finance Directors on a monthly basis. You will also check whether all our billing, payroll, and other financial processes comply with internal policies and relevant laws and regulations. This role additionally requires you to analyze our current staffing and training needs and keep track of budgetary allocations to our training and development programs. You will also monitor our hiring budget, establish spending limits, and record all expenditures related to sourcing, advertising of vacancies and onboarding. You will also be responsible for documenting other HR-related expenses and ensuring they are within budget. To excel in this role, you are required to possess superb project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with full set of accounts, project management, and Human Resource tools is mandatory. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Define, create, and oversee the implementation of a long-term finance management strategy, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in a manner compliant with our company policy \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise our finance team\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day activities, such as checking employee records, collecting payroll information, processing invoices, and analyzing tax reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct payroll and billing audits on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy of our financial statements \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify irregularities in our system, including possible fraud and theft, and report them to our HR and Finance Directors \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess our staffing needs and track time-to-hire and recruiting costs, including expenditures on sourcing, advertising, and onboarding \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate our training needs, manage our training budget, and monitor the allocation of resources to our training and development programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide oversight to our Training Officers and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of our onboarding process, workshops, and other learning programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all expenditures are within our budget, compile spending reports, and allocate resources to specific HR programs as instructed by our top management. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of experience in a managerial HR or accounting role \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or MS in Business Administration, Accounting, or HR \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and statistics and superb attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time-management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good in both spoken and written English \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in finance management, and the ability to track expenses, analyze tax reports, and create spreadsheets \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of national and international financial regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB and Plato
