The Finance & HR Manager oversees the company's financial health and HR operations, ensuring compliance and smooth functioning. Key duties include managing budgeting, reporting, payroll, statutory submissions, and internal controls.
Job Duties:
Supervise all Finance operations including AP, AR, GL, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
Review and approve payments, invoices, claims, payroll summaries, and financial documentation.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, taxation, and ensure compliance with accounting and statutory requirements.
Lead and oversee HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance reviews, and employee relations.
Lead and guide Finance & HR teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls.
Support management with financial insights, manpower planning, and continuous process improvement.
Carry out tasks assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years' experience in Finance/Accounting AND Human Resources.
Experience in manufacturing or trading industry is preferred.
Willing to travel to branch offices when needed.
Strong analytical skill, able to investigate discrepancies and propose solutions.
Gross Salary: RM9,000 - RM12,000
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Location: Bandar Tasik Kesuma Beranang, 43700 Semenyih.
