Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Finance Manager

with strong expertise in

operational finance

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management with timely financial insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily finance operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and general ledger.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and audit requirements.

Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Manage and guide the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA) is an added advantage.

Minimum

5 years of experience

in finance, with a strong background in

operational finance

.

Solid knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
