\xe2\x80\xa2 Drive the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform risk management by analysing the organization\xe2\x80\x99s liabilities and investments \xe2\x80\xa2 Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks \xe2\x80\xa2 Control and evaluate the organization\xe2\x80\x99s fundraising plans and capital structure \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization\xe2\x80\x99s operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage vendor relationships \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Set up and oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s finance IT system \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with the law and company\xe2\x80\x99s policies \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
