We are currently recruiting for a renowned healthcare company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Group Finance Manager, who will be responsible for finance and accounting matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to Financial Controller, based in Sunway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for holding company's books and review of each countries' quarterly consolidation pack.
• Oversee subordinates as well as guiding new members from country team on consolidation matters whenever necessary.
• Perform group consolidation and monthly review on financial reports from each country.
• Prepare and present group financial numbers with relevant financial analysis to the Board on quarterly basis.
• Responsible for coordination of statutory audit and tax matters for the group.
• Liaise and provide support when necessary to country team to ensure quality and timely financial reporting.
• Perform in ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• MUST be a professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant financial reporting, consolidation, and people management experience, preferably with a career foundation in external audit in a Big 4 Firm.
• Possess strong critical thinking, people management and analytical skills
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
