Take the next step in your career and be a part of our continued growth and success! Handle full sets of accounts and preparation of monthly management reports and monthly group cashflow projections. Preparation of consolidated financial statements, quarterly interim financial report, annual group budget, forecast and projection. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial information and ensuring that financial records are accurate and in compliance with auditing standards and preparation of Annual Report. Handle taxation matters and banking facilities. Prepare and submit tax returns, check tax computations, and keep up with changes to tax rules and regulations to ensure compliance with tax laws Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, securities laws, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with changes in accounting and reporting regulations. Assess and enhance internal control systems to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of financial information Job Requirements MIA member or certified chartered accountant Minimum of 5 years experience in managerial roles in accounting or finance. In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis. Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations Proficient in financial analysis techniques, including the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making Strong communication skills-both verbal and written-to effectively present reports, communicate financial information, and work with stakeholders at all organizational levels Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in financial records, reports, and analysis. Ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances Proficient in managing financial data, producing reports, and streamlining operations utilizing accounting software and financial tools (such as Excel and ERP systems) Demonstrated commitment to ethics, integrity, and discretion when managing financial data. Understanding of relevant laws, rules, and ethical guidelines guiding financial practices Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
