• Minimum Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent. Candidate with Diploma but having 10 years of experience in the related job scope can be considered.
• Experienced in SQL Accounting is preferred.
• Must be Able to speak fluent mandarin and English.
• Highly independent, Self-discipline and able to work under tight schedule.
• High level of commitment towards deadlines, responsibility and attention to details.

Tanggungjawab

• Manage SQL accounting and financial operations with oversight for financial reporting, account records and accounting controls.
• Oversee the finance operations ie. accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control and etc.
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts and analysis for Managing Director.
• Liaise with external auditor and Tax agent to ensure all statutory requirement are in compliance with.
• Ensure financial statements comply with of all statutory and legal requirements such as MFRS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act and etc.
• Analyze financial statements, conduct cost/benefit analysis and identify areas of improvement.
• Presentation of finance results to Directors and analyse financial results and develop strategic financial plans.
• Develop, monitor and improve the finance policies and procedures.
• Cash Flows Management.
• Administer claims related to government grant administration (Market Development Grant - MATRADE).
• Handle Payroll and sales commission, maintaining employees\' data and personnel files in SQL Payroll system.
• Assist in human resources functions including recruitment, hiring and employee relations.
• Administer staff leave, medical leave and etc
• Ensured compliance of human resource policy, employee benefits and employment law.
• Office Administration.
• Administer own & third party online business website and ensure all billing and collection are accurate and up-to-date.
• Any ad hoc task assigned by the Managing Director.
• This position report directly to Managing Director.
