• Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related majors, and those with CPA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications are preferred.
• At least [working years, such as 5 years] of relevant experience in handling a full set of accounts, and experience in financial management is preferred.
• Be familiar with Malaysia's tax and financial regulations, including GST/SST, income tax, etc.
• Proficient in using financial software (such as SQL, AutoCount, Xero or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Have good analytical ability, problem-solving ability and meticulous working attitude.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to complete the work independently and deliver tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• fully responsible for the company's full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management and cost accounting.
• Prepare and audit financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
• Formulate and manage the budget, and conduct financial analysis to support the company's strategic decision-making.
• Ensure that financial activities comply with Malaysian laws and regulations (such as taxation, company law, etc.) and accounting standards.
• Handle annual audits and tax returns, and ensure that relevant documents (such as SST, income tax, CP204, etc.) are submitted on time.
• Manage the company's cash flow and optimize the efficiency of fund use.
• Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with external institutions (such as auditors, tax bureaus and banks).
• Provide financial guidance and advice to support the company's business growth.
