ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance Manager will plan and direct the finance activities of the department. Prefer individual in Senior Executive/ Managerial Level with minimum 5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
FUNCTIONS:

  • Manages the finance staff who are responsible for accounting matter
  • Recruit and hires accounting and financial staff and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff
  • Liaise with customer and supplier when need
  • Need to do in house transfer accounting matter
  • Prepare full set of accounts and present customized financial reports with the aid of accounting software
  • Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation
  • Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Oversees the production of periodic financial reports ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards
  • Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return
  • Audits accounts to ensures compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provided needed information for the annual external audit
  • Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies
  • Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
  • Ensures compliance with local state and federal government requirements
  • Need to handling SST matter and partial part LMW License
  • Any ad-hoc task or work as assigned by management team

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must be have at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Accounting, ACCA or other related fields
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and good knowledge of Word & SAP Software
  • Can communicate Fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English is needed
  • Strong Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in working styles
  • Organized, detailed and deadline oriented
  • Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work both in a team environment and independently

LOCATION & COMMITMENTS:
  • Full time is requiring for the position
  • 08:30AM \xe2\x80\x93 17:30PM
  • 5 Days per week
  • Taman Teknologi Johor, Senai Johor Malaysia

SALARY RANGE:
MYR 7,000 \xe2\x80\x93 MYR 8,000
