Job Description

Fully cooperate with the General Manager in carrying out the operation and management of the company, and be directly responsible to the Board of Directors: 1. Responsible for the comprehensive work of the finance department; 2. Responsible for reviewing all settlement documents of the cashier department, verifying cash receipts and payments daily reports, bank daily reports, and doing a good job in fund management. 3. Review the expense documents for reimbursement; 4. Cooperate with the company\'s board of directors to provide data on major financial operating indicators, in order to assign various tasks to various departments of the company; 5. Responsible for the financial revenue and expenditure situation of various internal links of the company, preparing comprehensive financial budgets and final accounts, and preparing various financial indicator analysis reports. 6. Prepare monthly financial statements and submit them to the General Manager and the Board of Directors. 7. Timely clean up and collect the creditor\'s rights of the operation, and ensure that the financial accounts match the accounts, statements, and facts. 8. Maintain confidentiality of all information and financial data of our company.
