Responsibilities: Deliver accurate financial reporting on time, including consolidation. Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. Manage cash flow, working capital, other reporting matters. Manage annual audit process and relevant statutory reporting. Provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making. Act as finance partner for our business units and manage outsourced service providers. Lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes. Manage and implement good internal controls and SOP. Support ad-hoc projects including new acquisitions, systems implementations. Manage administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management. Requirements: Degree in accounting or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and tax management. Detail-oriented with strategic mindset and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills with ability to manage service providers and deliver on schedule. Experience in real estate industry and in using Oracle Netsuite/ NSPB will be advantageous.
