Job Description
- Position Title: Finance Manager.
- Remuneration: RM 12000-15000.
- Job location: Central Business District (5-day week), Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities
This is a permanent position responsible to manage the finance team on group consolidation and reporting, taxation and other key assignments and roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible to prepare Group consolidation and company financial reports.
- Responsible to prepare company\'s monthly investment reports and cash flow projections.
- Review country-by-country report, master file and transfer pricing documents.
- To check overseas subsidiary\'s monthly investment reports.
- To review quarterly financial reports of subsidiaries, associates and joint-ventures.
- To prepare analysis on Group financial reports.
- Responsible to prepare company\'s tax computation for annual tax return submission and tax estimates.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, Inland revenue Board, Bank Negara, company secretary on finance, tax and regulatory matters.
- To prepare board paper for meeting purposes.
- Malaysian male or female in age group 35-45.
- Applicant must possess professional accounting qualification ACCA/CIMA.
- Member of MIA.
- 5-8 years of experience in handling group consolidation and financial reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in taxation matters.
- Well versed with accounting standards and tax requirements.
- Must be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point.
