• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy, partially or fully qualified in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of theoretical and financial reporting standards.
• External audit experience is a plus.
• Highly committed, able to work independently, and meet tight deadlines.

What you\'ll be doing on the job

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, provide variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and improve profitability.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimize cash reserves for operational needs and investments.
• Coordinate with tax advisors on tax planning and compliance, prepare and file various tax returns.
• Serve as a key financial advisor to clients, addressing their specific financial needs and concerns.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide proactive financial advice and support to help clients achieve their goals.
