About The Role

We are seeking driven and reliable Finance Managers with a strong background in Accounting, Consolidation, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, Project Management and Billing Systems implementation to be part of the team and play a pivotal role in influencing the company\'s direction and long-term planning. This candidate reports directly to Head of Finance

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of Accounting and Financial Statement Reports
• Responsible for Group Consolidation for international parent and subsidiary companies
• Responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting, working together with Group Finance, CFO and CEO
• Extensive experience in International Taxation matters such as corporate taxes, sales taxes / service taxes / VAT in international jurisdictions, withholding taxes and transfer pricing
• Experienced in Finance related Project Management and Billing Systems Implementation
• Develop appropriate process improvement, internal control policies to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported across all companies.
• Responsible for mapping out end-to-end business and finance flows across companies and identifying process gaps and conducting process improvement/re-engineering.
• Work closely both internally and externally with the stakeholders to drive results and ensure the teams are working within budget, delivering projects on time, in-scope, quality management and keeping within the contract.
• Work closely with the Business Leads/Owners to facilitate workshops, document requirements, ensure requirements are met through the design, development and testing cycles of a project.

• You must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, other Accounting and Finance Professional Qualifications are a plus.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, consolidation, taxation, finance, audit or business finance consulting, preferably in one of these sectors: technology, consumer products or online education sector.
• Highly-developed analytical skills, to compile analysis and also draw conclusions around key business and financial matters.
• Successful experience in project management, system improvement, accounting and taxation frameworks.
• Experience with Quickbooks, NetSuite Financial Reporting and US GAAP would be a plus
• Maintain a high standard/quality of work and continually seek out continuous improvement.
• Positive track record in high performing skills such as: Effectiveness, Communication, Visionary Leadership.
• Excellent programming or excel modelling skills along with analytical skills.
• Great people/communication skills.
• Able to collaborate and manage projects with dynamic teams
